A simulated court case with our very own “Judge Mark” presiding? Explore a case regarding the impact of COVID on
contractual obligations. Hear about the issues from the perspectives of the plaintiff (hotel) and the defendant (client)
including the reasons, rationale, and perceived impact and resulting financial losses. Attendees will serve as jurors,
deliberating and determining the verdict. You will learn what specific contract language means, about contractual language that may provide better protection regarding pandemics or similar situations, and about issurance coverage
regarding contractual obligations and financial loss.
